Awakin AI is a space, made by ServiceSpace volunteers, where you can sit with a wisdom companion: an AI grounded in a real teacher or tradition, from Gandhi’s collected writings to a meditation teacher’s life work. Ask what’s actually on your heart, and it answers from that wisdom, and points you back to the source.
And a companion is only the doorway. More and more, it opens toward a circle: a small group of people gathered around what you’re each exploring, meeting in person or online. Awakin means to awaken with kin: to wake up, together.

This technology is arriving whether we tend it or not. We’d rather it carry something of the world’s wisdom and warmth. So we’re building, slowly and carefully, at the meeting point of ancient practice and new tools. Not to replace teachers, circles, or your own inner work, but to be a doorway toward them. Every voice is grounded in real sources and cites them, and it’s tuned for reflection rather than for keeping you scrolling. The whole thing is tended by volunteers and given away, because some things shouldn’t be optimized; they should be offered.
